What should you expect from a yoga class? There are a wide variety of styles of yoga from dynamic to restorative but essentially they all incorporate yoga postures, breath awareness, meditation and relaxation.
There is a common misconception that you need to be flexible to do yoga....the joy of yoga is that anyone regardless of age, physical fitness or flexibility can enjoy a yoga practice. Improved flexibility is one goal but for many people, yoga means far more....it can bring balance into the body and mind and help us find a much needed moment of calm.
Classes are offered on a drop-in basis so that you can find a time that works for you each week rather than having to commit to a particular day/time. You do need to book in advance as places are limited - the booking page will show you where there is availability and allow you book and make payments online.
Mats and all props are provided.
