Children's Yoga

I am trained in the Yoga Bananas Technique™, an established method of teaching yoga and physical theatre to children in a fun, inspiring and structured way.  It covers all aspects of teaching children’s yoga including posture work, breathing, meditation, relaxation, visualisation and discipline. 


With young children of my own, I am keenly aware of the benefits yoga can bring to their already hectic lives. Yoga promotes a healthy awareness of body and mind and allows relaxation away from tv, iPad and other activities that can add to the stress of a long school day. It allows children to develop confidence through participation in a non-competitive environment  - each child can focus on their own strengths.
